Constitutions sets out instructions on how everyone can act. It organises and limits the power of the government and protects the basics rights and freedoms of people. Spain is a social and democratic state and the power belongs to the people. The state must provide: basic education, healthcare, assistance for people without work… Constitution explain the individual rights, freedoms (what you deserve) and duties (what you have to do). Power is divided in the state into executive branch, legislative branch and judicial branch. Executive branch decides the political and economic directions of the government. PROTECTED SPACES PICOS DE EUROPA The Picos de Europa National Park is located in the Cantabrian Mountains, between the provinces of Asturias, León and Cantabria.
